Hi Aran - Thanks for the suggestion. After some more fiddling there seems to be some improvement: The problems happens less often. However, it still occurs. I can usually make it happen by going to our home page www.sendablessing.com and reloading the page repeatedly. Any more thoughts on the missing skin and video displacement would be appreciated. The displacement downward seems to be the size of the skin. Thanks for all your help. Regards,
