Hi, We follow the vanilla static publishing method of SWFObject, with the js call and registerObject call in the head.
We also have lazy loading of our ad code at the bottom of our <body>; unfortunately, this code sometimes takes awhile to load, due to slow ad servers beyond our control. What happens as a result is that our Flash embed doesn't appear until all our ads are loaded. My understanding is that SWFObject library waits for the DOM to be fully loaded before evaluating and rendering the Flash object (or alternative content).
