mencoder india_movie2_0003.wmv -o india3.avi -ovc lavc -oac mp3lame -endpos
10
avi2swf india3.avi -o indea3.swf
works for me, using mencoder 1.0pre4-3.3.2. Maybe it's your mplayer
vesion?
