So they've decided to convert pages in the document to jpg images as can be seen here: http://htmlimg1.scribdassets.com/jwso820jat4vtds/images/1-c699aa0f30/000.jpg I wonder why they chose jpg. Google has demonstrated the beauty of text pattern recognition in png images.
