[Swftools-common] pdf2swf: converts bitmaps to shapes?

I think I answered my own question.   The shapes must be a linked
representation of the bitmap images.  I imported one of the swf generated
pages into a blank fla, then tried to delete the bitmaps in the library, and
the shapes lost their image and turned RED.
