[Swftools-common] Flash Extractor 2.2.0 update

 A quick update.  I've removed Poppler because our licenses do not 
match.  I'm not sure what that means but none the less, there is no 
longer a pdf viewer in the app.  pdf conversions are still available, no 
problem there.  I'm researching a replacement.
