I have created a simple test pdf from a word document, both the pdf file and .doc file can be found here: http://danny-t.co.uk/pdfTest.zip
The sample simply has 16 coloured and bordered pages displaying a large page number and on page 2 I have added a text hyperlink and an image hyperlink. I was using v0.9.1 and trying to get the linknameurl parameter to work but it just didn't seem to have any effect. I just tried updating to the latest development build (swftools-2011-01-23-1815.exe) and now the linknameurl flag seems to partially work but the textlink shows just the underline, the image link works as expected but any subsequent text does not show up after the first link. Here is the command I'm using: pdf2swf -T9 -s linknameurl -s poly2bitmap -s zoom=150 "pdfTest.pdf" -o "%.swf" I've included the output swf files for reference in the zip file mentioned above.
