Unless you are doing something very untoward in your .sc file - why not post an
example to the list so we can see? - I'd remove, then reinstall swftools! ;o)

Also, be careful what you edit your .sc files with.  Slewing the lines, or 
embedding weird
control or other characters by accident, is something easy done with some basic 
Windows text
editors.  If not already doing so, use a Programmers Editor, say something like 
Notepad++

country anyways.  I'm slightly
