Under Linux there appears to be no such issue. All tickety-boo.

I vaguely recall there being several problems with png manuplation and 
rendering under Windows XP ( + SP2 ).
Something to do with the defective png libraries.  Are you perchance running an 
older version without the relevant updates, namely SP3 and ff?   An Internet 
search would probably reveal more.

I have also just tested your file with SWFTools 0.9.1, under Win XP Home (2002) 
+ SP 3 + all current updates.
Works like a charm with no errors whatsoever.  I'd say, check your system! ;o)
