Just the arrows??  Are you referring to embedding your swf inside simpleviewer?
In which your *are* viewing an swf with IE6. Care to post the command string you
used to do the conversion, along with a link to the pdf?

The only other issue I can think of is if you use incorrect embedding code in 
your
html file.  Use the follwing command to produce the correct version,

  swfdump -E your_swf.swf [ > index.html ]

The '> your_swf.html' part will paste the embedding code in an html page.

One final thing.. why on earth are you still using Internet Explorer 6? ;o)
