Hi, sorry for the hijack but I have a similar problem. I have disabled links and they are not active, however they links where made in Acrobat using a red frame and that frame shows up in the SWF.
I use another tool to generate images and they do not show up there as expected. Is there anything I can do other than strip the links from the PDF prior to SWF generation?
