are you using linux or unix based ?
your question has no relation with swftools,
but as I said on my last email you have
to give authorization to the apache user that runs php (usually nobody user or 
apache)

  Well - it's running as me, and it's working properly for me via terminal.  
It's a local lamp (Mamp - ie Macosx, Apache, Mysql, php) setup (for now).


  Strange though as terminal had no issues with it but php is saying there's a 
library mismatch.
