I don't really know what is going on here but one of my PRs (
https://ci.swift.org/job/swift-PR-Linux-smoke-test/8102/console)  keeps on
failing with the same error regarding 1.2.3 != (1.2.3, 1.2.4).

Ankit, git blame says that you were the last person to touch that code,
could you please take a look?
