Run into repaint() issue when using Aero Snap to stretch the height of
the window (not maximise).
Looks like someone else filed a bug report some time ago:

Looks like it has been ignored and marked as "Not Reproducible" though.
I have tried it on many Windows 7 desktops here and have been able to
reproduce this issue with all the Java programs I have tried.
I reproduced the bug and reopened it.
