As you may know the Swiss Copyright is about the be changed and there was a public comments phase until end of January 2005. I've written a position paper for SWINOG and sent it off a month ago.

FYI SWINOG is against levies on electronic devices and against too harsh DMCA stuff. If you understand German have a look through it.
