(For our french friends: the problem was from 0500 to 0700) I call bullshit on this one. A customer of us who uses Cybernet as their ADSL Provider got cut off this morning, at around 0730. Called up Cybernet, and after waiting 10 Minutes for 2.13 CHF / Minute i got a guy who blamed swisscom. The Customer was located in Altenrhein, SG. Services resumed 1-2 hours later. Getting decent information as a customer seems to get more and more annyoing.
