Pascal, that is what most people call "Over qualified" :) Nevertheless, how much you get paid doesn't really matter, it's about how much fun you have. The funding helps a lot in the equation, but if you get paid loads and you are not having any fun then what's the use of having loads of fun and having to spend all that money to actually have fun?
