How about NicTool?
It's a free open source web interface, best one I have come across so
far and I looked a lot. Only pain is no LDAP but it supports giving
clients access to manage only thier own domains, etc
Supposed to run with tinydns but I had a php script written that pulls
the zone info from MySQL into BIND zonefile format (see the forum).
