Big victory for Init7: Swisscom is obliged to operate interconnections
on a zero-settlement basis! 🎉 🥂 🍾
The Swiss Telecom Regulator (ComCom) rules 100% in favor of Init7 in the
#Interconnect #Peering case, which has been ongoing since 2013. Swisscom
is categorized as dominant in the relevant market (access to its end
customers) and has abused its technical monopoly. The decision will have
implications internationally.
