Well, it's not "our" upstream. We're merely colocated at this facility, sharing a total of 10 MBit/s with other customers. The connection looks awfully saturated: http://genotec.ch/support/backbone/ There was a planned update to 36 MBit/s - which was cancelled. The company told us Swisscom was the culprit: they were currently not able to give them a faster connection. Can anyone confirm this?
