There was a problem (now fixed) with AS513 connectivity, which had a
side effect on the CIXP trunk between CIXP-CERN and CIXP-Telehouse Europe
downtown in Geneva. So peerings with AS513 and/or with CIXP members at
Telehouse were affected. Apologies for this inconvenience,
