Hi Rog

Some of our customers would send e-mails to swissonline.ch
answer:

mx.hispeed.ch. - 62.2.95.11 [Could not connect: Got an unknown RCPT TO response: 451 4.1.8 Possibly forged hostname for 69.2.200.182]

Anyone got same answer?

Yes. It seems they are blocking mails with possibly forged hostnames.
Is this a method to blocking spam or is it against sobig.f?

I know other ways to block spam and sobig.

1. Remove MX entry (like t-systems last friday)
2. Shut down mailserver

My business mail server don't has this problem. The mails to hispeed
are going out.

Probably they are checking DNS records and if the name isn't found the sender will be blocked.

yes, one of our customers had a problem because he had a other IP for the outgoing mail then the MX.
"Fix reverse DNS for 195.134.153.38 or use your ISPs mail server"

Any suggestion?
