For a nominal fee, we are happy to provide a "marketing department"
which you can handily blame for any Ausrutscher.  C'mon, apologizing
for spam is a commendable thing to do and should be encouraged as
a logical step towards not doing it in the first place :-)

Why should only large companies have the luxury of blaming their mistakes on a different department? This is just yet another way in which small ISPs in Switzerland are discriminated against.
