well, from my view this is trying to make money with nothing.
i never heard (officially) that .eu will be opened to end-users.

at least: his email address [EMAIL PROTECTED] seems to
be from a well known spammer address.
we got lot of spams from internetdrive.com addresses.... and the sender sent
it from brazil.
so:
internetdrive.com == spammer
brazil not in europe

they are trying to make money without really registering .eu domains...
