We also received this paper-spam for a Verein, that neither owns a phone-no. nor did ever any action in public; in fact, the only raison d'etre of this Verein is to registrate a domain-name.

I don't think its the Directories DB.
You might want to refuse the snailmail by writing "refus�" on the envelope and return it, that way green.ch will have to pay the mail taxes.
That's not the point. If it's really a massive abuse, I want to see a _real_ penalty for green.ch by Switch. green.ch cannot say they have not known, as they are long enough in the market.
