Mistakes happens - that�s normal. If you say to your customer sorry and
may be change the email to his first-choice then the case is closed. I
am sure if he goes to kassensturz they will think the same way.

Hi colleagues

We have a customer who is threaten us with "kassensturz".
We did it wrong that we setup his "second choice" of email and not his
"first-choice".

My only question is if it is not illegal to argue with "kassensturz"?
