That's strange because your network wasn't reachable this morning from our network ..
Maybe the problem is somewhere else ?

Swisscom shut down their F/E-Port to our LNS... (The port on their STE is down)
All their "Helpdesk" told us, was to open a "Connectivity Trouble Ticket"... but hey - they're the wrong people...
A few thousand ADSL-customers are "down" and Swisscom wants a TT... AArrgg...
Downtime is now 30 minutes and we've heard nothing - nada from Swisscom.
Does anyone from Swisscom read this? Does any SwiNOG guy have an internal number of the "REAL" people who can solve this?
