What does the near end say? In theory it should be "CFGF" if the port is unconfigured. 
And you mention and "executed date": you mean that the order is still executed? If 
it's not completed, it's normal that you have the wrong speed on the port...

And about the TT billing: if a ticket is billed incorrectly, just ask your FWS SPOC 
and it will be fixed.

NOATUR but the "correct" speed and the Executed date is today. I will 
check that tomorrow again.
