We never block any ports on our network. IMHO, worms and viruses are basically a 
customer problem: we can only *help* them to deal with the problem, but we are not 
authorized to block any ports. This doesn't make any sense.

So I wonder, is there a new worm or virus that those ports get blocked? How do other 
ISP handle such situations?
