We use Sunrise as one of our upstream providers at TIX. Recently we seem to be having trouble with traffic going from/to Switch, passing through Sunrise, then (I assume) through their direct peering with Switch. Several packets are lost (ping timeouts) and performance is very slow. � Is anyone else having this issue?
