it seems to me that some prefixes of Bluewin ADSL and / or Dial are not properly routed over VIX since last night. Could AS3303 / AS8437 please investigate.
www.ip-plus.net works, but not 81.62.0.0/15.
According to the IP Plus statistics, there was a major problem last night.
