Suppose I'd be a black hat. I would register a domain and perform massive spamming - making sure I'm really getting noticed. Lycos now blacklists this domain, targeting their Screensaver-DoS-Zombies to that site. I'd just point my A-records to the website I want to take down and Lycos does all the hard work of DDoSing that page for me. Thanks, Lycos! Great tool!
