$125 is the Fest rate. While I know of no $109 rate with breakfast included, there have been enough anomalies reported that I wouldn’t say categorically that it doesn’t exist somewhere in their system. Keep in mind that in order for the event to get a discounted rate for the meeting rooms it needs to use to put on the event, we must meet a threshold of hotel rooms. That helps keep the registration fee down. Think of it as a balloon. If you push at one side, things just move to the other.
