Got an email from one of the Finns (who have attended the Fest in the past) and I was told essentially Chrissy "has abandoned" the EDXC about two years ago and they had a challenging time organizing last year's EDXC and they have challenges for the meeting this year in September. My contact said he has real concerns for the future of the EDXC. I saw on the web site the Secretary General and Asst SC positions are open. Chrissy and I had a falling out over an issue and she blocked me on X/Twitter and Facebook when I was on there. I told her you don't do that to an SWL of over 50 years who has attended EDXC meetings in the past. He has real concern for EDXC's future and hope it can survive. I wasn't real confident when she was appointed to the position and some of her actions during her tenure were questionable IMO at the best.
