1) Concerning Eric's postings about the Pro-96 vs BC396, I too have both radios and agree with about 90% of Eric's comments. Basically, it comes down to a matter of preferences. I agree, with Eric...because of the smaller size of the 396 I tend to grab that one first... however, I will be bringing the Pro-96 to K-ville because I can change profiles on the fly with the virtual folders w/o having to be tied to a computer. He's also right about the audio... too bad we can't take the could aspects of both radios and mold them in to one!
