And another thing...if you are flying in and your flight is late (and you have a reservation with Tropiano), they do NOT monitor incoming flights and adjust for late passengers. Our flight last year was one hour late and we ended up waiting at the Philly airport for 3 HOURS before Tropiano finally picked us up!
