Some erroneous words were added to the end of the description of my
presentation on Domestic DRM.

The words "in the 26 MHz band" were not in the text I submitted to John
Figliozzi and Richard Cuff on January 5.

The phrase should read, "...it concerns the steps by which the FCC can be
persuaded to authorize experimental DRM operations and license new community,
regional and national stations."

To explain: The proposed 26 MHz stations would be local. Regional and national
HF stations would not use 26 MHz, but would use other bands more suited to
longer range domestic coverage.

I ask the fest managers and webmasters to remove the added words.
