There shouldn't have been--now if it had been a Solar Eclipse, where the
sun's radiation was blocked from the earth, you could have seen changes in
the ionosphere which could have been noticeable on SW.  I've seen them
happen before, and it is amazing to have a band start to open up, close up
as the ionosphere recovers after the eclipse is over, and then opens at it's
normal time...

Here in the Lehigh Valley the weather cleared out after the earlier
dusting of snow.

I dragged my wife & kids outside to watch the moon go into total
shadow...alas, I don't think there any significant ionospheric
effects, however.
