The Sangean WFT-1 comes close to what you're looking for. It is a
combination FM tuner and internet radio player which requires
speakers or headphones to hear anything. You can get a gander it here:

And, as Richard said, any of the units mentioned have an audio out

If you have a PC set up as a music server, there is a plug-in for the
Squeezebox that will actually tune a RealMedia web stream via the PC
and then transcode it to MP3 format and make it available to the
Squeezebox. However, that's a "Rube Goldberg" approach.
You could use any of the Reciva units (Tangent Quattro, Acoustic
Energy, Grace Digital, Sangean) or the Comm One Phoenix as a "tuner"
-- all of them have audio output capabilities, and you could then run
a patch cord to your home stereo.
I plan to use my Grace Digital that way at least part of the time...as
I have a kitchen shelf audio unit that, while humble, still likely
have better audio than the Grace Digital unit.
