I wanted to especially invite SWORD developers to the Connexions conference
and developer sprints this February 15-17th in Houston, TX. There is still
time to register. Apologies for the somewhat late notice -- feel free to
email me with questions and suggestions.
Connexions recently implemented a flavor of SWORD called OERPub, optimized
for publishing open education resources (OER). And an independent team is
building clients for authoring that are using the python sword v2
libraries. At the developer sprints after the conference we will be working
on both the service and the clients so it would be a fantastic opportunity
to collaborate and learn from each other.
The conference is February 15th in Houston and the sprints follow Feb 16/17.
