KJV sometimes after the word he or we, etc. has double strongs numbers with
the first one refering to a different word, and the second one 0

Romans 8:
29For<3754> whom<3739> he did foreknow<4267>(5656), he<4309><0> also<2532>
did predestinate<4309>(5656)

Also sometimes it has double tenses
Romans 8:
34Who<5101> is he that condemneth<2632>(5723)(5694)?


I've never noticed these before, have they always been like that? What does
the 0 signify?
