I'm not sure if they currently offer ASP, but the hosting provider I use is excellent, feature-rich, and offers their service at a great price. The provider is http://nomonthlyfees.com . There is a $200 setup fee (which includes domain name registration and your first year of service), and you get: 600MB drive space, 25GB/month throughput, full cgi-bin access, unlimited MySQL databases, unlimited POP3 mail accounts, autoresponders, mailing lists, PERL, PHP, FTP access, SSH shell account, FrontPage extensions, JAVA, RealAudio/Video, site search engine, 24/7 on-line support, etc. After the first year, fees are just $70 per year (which includes renewal of the domain registration).
If you are not absolutely locked into using ASP (if you can use a different scripting language, such as PHP, or can use JAVA) I highly recommend them.
