This is where The Sword Project can use the services of a Pro Bona
Intellectual Property Rights Lawyer, to file suit against the
companies who violate the licence.

It might be possible to combine forces with one or two other FLOSS
projects, to take down ThinkAll.
Beware of backfire. You might do more damage to Crosswire than to anyone else. Crosswire may not be 100% clean with respect to copyright violations, and is vulnerable to counterattack even if the attackers have weak legal cases. Is filing lawsuits against someone who is distributing the Holy Bible a good way to show God's love or not? What would (did) the Apostle Paul say about this under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit?

Choose your battles wisely. I'd rather see a timely release of The Sword Project, personally.
