Regarding phrasal concordance, Any one used the BRS (Bible retrival System). Our original cgi bible search was based on this system. We also added the support for DBCS. It build concordance for every word. It defines an id (seq) number for each verse and the concordance list the word that appears in each of the verse. http://brsweb.sourceforge.net/
