At least one SWORD-based frontend allows module installation by drag'n'drop the ZIP file onto the application Window. This is the MK Holy Bible program hosted by IBT in Russia.
For Windows users, this is a very simple and attractive method to install a module, and is worthwhile considering for other SWORD frontends as a desirable feature for their wishlist/roadmap. I am in regular contact with the MK programmer. Peter & Troy already know about it, and probably a few other CrossWire volunteers have heard of it by now. We will soon be updating the CrossWire wiki with further details. -- David Haslam -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/File-Compression-%28Was%3A--Making-Import-Easier%29-tp22921281p22923634.html Sent from the SWORD Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ sword-devel mailing list: [email protected] http://www.crosswire.org/mailman/listinfo/sword-devel Instructions to unsubscribe/change your settings at above page
