There is a new note in forums that bible.org cannot be refreshed. Manually testing, the user is right:
Name (ftp.bible.org:karl): anonymous 331 User anonymous OK. Password required Password: 530 Login authentication failed Login failed. Neither "anonymous" nor "ftp" can authenticate to ftp.bible.org.
