Everyone, I have spent a good part of today using TextPipe to fix the "pretty" OSIS XML file, and have made substantial progress.
Here's a bulleted list of fixes already done... * A second bookGroup division for the NT * Book divisions (66) * Chapter elements (1089) * Section titles (2084) * Verse end milestones (31169) At this stage the OSIS XML still validates. Currently working on the paragraph tags, each of which merely enclosed a pilcrow ¶ sign. Wrapped the actual paragraphs instead, and moved the pilcrow to paragraph start. btw. As with the KJV, the first verse of a chapter does not have a pilcrow. Hit complications in Revelation where some quote marks and paragraphs are in conflict. i.e. A nesting problem to be solved.
