I am already working on it (git repo is https://gitorious.org/sword/czekms-csp_bible), but it doesn't work correctly. See http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.literature.sword.devel/22090 for thread where I asked questions about it. If you are able to help with XSLT programming, patches are more than welcome.
