ok then i was wrong. I did not work so i deleted xiphos and the sword project 
and downloaded the version with the king james to be shure i put my bible in 
the right directory's
Then I moved my bibles . i guess my presumption was wrong.

My sword path (for xiphos) is under my Win7 user profile, so that doesn't quite 
explain your success.
I've used mod2zmod and other utils with this path.
C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\Sword
