Okay it works .... I've been misleaded by my bad english... I thought I've to create the mods.conf - So the installmgr installed the *.conf files in the mods.conf folder (but why?) and diatheke didn't find it!
I've deleted these folder and restarted the installmgr init and the other stuff - and now does it work!!! Thank you all for your great help!!! God bless you...
